Established in 2014, Kiss My CrossFit quickly outgrew it's original space in McAllen, TX before reopening down the road in Pharr, TX. Our facility currently includes nearly 7,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor facilities where we currently lead three different fitness programs.

Our focus from day one has been on helping improve the lives of everyone who walks through the doors here at Kiss My CrossFit. Yes, our goal is to get you as fit and healthy as possible. This is not our sole purpose. It's much more than that. It's about establishing relationships, setting goals, crushing them, and most importantly, finding yourself. We bring in all walks of life here at KMC. Our motto has been "Embrace the Struggle" since day one. Everybody has their own personal struggles of what we call life. Kiss My CrossFit is not just a CrossFit box, but a second home to so many people.

CrossFit, is described as constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains.

BEAUTY CAMP

$65/Month

Beauty Camp is an all women's class coached by women. High intensity cardio training with minimal weights from dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine ball etc.

PERSONAL TRAINING
